Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility

Due to the nature of our biotechnology supplement products, returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description. We do not accept returns on opened products for health and safety reasons.

2. Time Frame

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made outside this window will not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us via the contact form with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence where applicable. We will respond within 3 business days.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment, at the exchange rate at the time of refund approval. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.

5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will cover return shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Opened products, items returned after 14 days, and items without proof of purchase are not eligible for return or refund.
